Instructions for use:
• Apply the Cryo Gel in a thick layer without massaging onto the areas to be soothed (thighs, calves, ankles, lower back, shoulders).
• Repeat 1 to 2 times a day if necessary.
• Wash your hands after each use.
• Cryo Spray can be used after Cryo Gel to enhance the cooling effect.
